Team India winning the 20-20 World Cup in South Africa

We won the finals of the 1st ever 20-20 Cricket World Cup. We defeated Pakistan by 5 runs in a close, neck to neck match in South Africa today. Captain Dhoni and his team of young guys have made us proud which no one thought was possible.

Everyone was at the edge of their seats with their heart in their mouth. It could’ve been anyone’s game. As it is, all India-Pakistan matches are high energy and tension packed.

Now that we have won, it’s almost a Diwali-like atmosphere here, everyone’s celebrating and very excited. There are fireworks in the sky and your’s truly is also jumping around like a frog 🙂 People are out on the roads, on bikes, in cars…everywhere, celebrating India’s victory.

    Saw this match at work it was PURE fun …. the cafeteria (the Lcd’s are in the cafeteria) was turned into a stadium with peeps whistling cheering waving flags …. pure fun I tell you Pure Fun ………. I have a hoarse throat now 😀
